Solyanka - recipe
Ingredients
- Beef (fillet) - 300 gr
- Smoked chicken - 200 gr
- Hunting sausages - 130 gr
- Potatoes - 400 gr
- Pickles - 130 gr
- Carrot - 100 gr
- Tomato paste - 100 gr
- Bulb onions - 70 gr
- Cucumber pickle - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Water - 2000 ml
- Salt
- Spice

Rinse the beef. Cut meat, sausages, chicken, onions, pickles, carrots and potatoes into medium strips. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker, do not close the lid. Set the FRYING / FRYING program, cooking time 10 minutes. Press the Start button. After the countdown starts, put the onions, carrots, pickles, sausages, chicken and tomato paste, mix everything. Cook with the lid open, stirring occasionally, until the end of the program. Click the Cancel button. Put beef, potatoes, cucumber pickle into the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker, add salt and spices, add water and mix. Close the cover and valve. Set the SOUP program, cooking time 15 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program, then open the valve and let off steam.
Tip:
serve the hodgepodge with a slice of lemon, olives and sour cream.
