  • Beef (fillet) - 500 gr
  • Sour cream 15% - 200 gr
  • Meat broth - 100 ml
  • Bulb onions - 50 gr
  • White bread - 50 gr
  • Egg - 1 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Flour - 20 gr
  • Salt

Rinse the meat, soak the bread in water and squeeze. Mix flour with sour cream and broth. Pass the meat, onions and bread through a meat grinder 2 times. Add salt, egg to the minced meat and knead until smooth. Form cutlets, roll in flour. Pour oil on the bottom of the multicooker bowl, set the "Fry" program for 20 minutes, press the START button. After the countdown of the cooking time has started, put the zrazy in the bowl, fry for 10 minutes on one side and 10 minutes on the other side. Then pour the zrazy with sour cream sauce.
