  • Strawberry - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Lemon acid - 2 gr

Place the ingredients in a bowl and add 1/2 measuring cup of water to prevent the jam from burning in the slow cooker. Put the jam on the Stew setting for 1 hour. At the end of the mode, pour the jam into the jars, close the lids and turn the jars upside down until they cool.

Put the prepared berries in a multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, alternating with layers of sugar, and leave for 4 hours. Then close the lid, do not close the valve, set the program "Jam / Jam" for 1 hour, press the START button. Cook until the end of the program, stirring occasionally. Arrange the finished jam in sterilized jars and roll up.
