  • Wheat flour - 500 gr
  • Dry yeast - 2 gr
  • Milk - 300 ml
  • Salt - 1 gr
  • Deep fat oil - 700 ml

Pour flour, yeast into a container and mix. Add salt to warm milk, slowly pour into flour, knead into a soft dough. Place it in the multicooker bowl and install the "dough" program. the dough should double in volume. At the end of the program, roll out the dough into a layer 10 mm thick. Cut into slices. Cover the cut dough with a napkin, let stand for 10 minutes. Pour the oil into the multicooker bowl, set the "Fry" program , heat the oil very high, fry the dough until golden brown, dipping it in small batches into the oil, then put it on a paper towel. Serve as an independent dish or as an addition to soups, broths, salads.
