Preparation:
Prepare the multicooker and ingredients.
Wash, dry and cut the chicken into small pieces. Cut the white part of the leek into thick rings, the carrots into 5 mm thick circles. Switch on the mode "Multipovar" , set the temperature to 160 ° С, time 40 minutes. Pour olive oil into the multicooker bowl, add half the butter. After 10 minutes, add chicken, leek and carrots to the heated oil. Season with salt, 'season with pepper and fry, 15 minutes. Add broccoli, pour in wine and cook for another 15 minutes.
Gently transfer the chicken and vegetables to another bowl. Turn on the "Multi-cook" mode , set the temperature to 120 ° C and the time for 15 minutes, put the remaining butter and flour in the multicooker bowl and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Pour in the cream and, stirring vigorously, cook until the sauce thickens - about 7 minutes. Return the chicken and vegetables to the multicooker bowl and heat for 3 minutes. Arrange on bowls and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Serve rice, couscous or buckwheat separately.
