Ingredients

  • Fruit (canned) - 70 gr
  • Cottage cheese - 400 gr
  • Egg - 3 pcs
  • Sugar - 2 tbs
  • Semolina - 3 tbs
  • Butter - 1 tbs
  • Salt tsp
  • Soda
  • Vanillin
  • Cinnamon tsp

1. Fruit (you can use fruit from ready-made compotes) cut into small cubes.
2. Rub the curd through a sieve, add egg yolks, salt, soda, semolina and mix thoroughly.
3. Mix curd mass with fruit.
4. Whisk the whites until firm peaks and gently stir into the curd mass.
5. Grease the bowl with butter, put the mass in the bowl and turn on the "Baking" setting for 25 minutes. Serve with fruit syrup.
TIP:
To make soufflés, casseroles, etc. It turned out lush and baked well, you should not often open the lid of the multicooker during cooking.
