Boil the milk. Cool the milk to 35–40 ° С, remove the froth. Pour some milk and stir the starter in it thoroughly. Mix the starter with the rest of the milk, add sugar if desired. Close the lid of the multicooker. Run the Yogurt program for 8 hours. When finished, pour the yoghurt into small containers. Store prepared yoghurt in the refrigerator.
