Ingredients

- Flour - 0.7 kg
- Salt
- Egg - 1 pcs
- For filling:
- Pork (tenderloin) - 0.5 kg
- Onion - 4 pcs
- Potatoes - 5 pcs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbs

Cut the meat, potatoes into small cubes, finely chop the onion. Mix all the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Combine the egg and salt in a bowl, add water gradually adding flour and knead the tough dough. Roll into a ball, cover with a napkin and leave for 40 minutes. Then roll it into a layer about 2 mm thick. Cut out circles from the dough with a small saucer, place the minced meat in the middle, and close the seam with a twisting motion not in the center, but on the side.
Add 1.5 liters of water to the multicooker bowl. Place a steaming tray in the multicooker. Cook on Steamer for 40 minutes.
