- Sour cream - 100 gr
- Flour - 1 tbs
- Butter - 2 tbs
- Water - 1 beaker

COOKING METHOD
1. Cut the bell pepper into half rings.
2. Grate onions and carrots.
3. Rinse the mushrooms, cut into wedges, put in a bowl and add the butter.
4. Use the "RIGHT" buttons "LEFT" to select the BROWN program, set the time to 10 minutes and the 3rd temperature level. Open the lid of the multicooker and turn the handle to the CLOSED position. Press the "START" button
5. Fry mushrooms with onions and put in a separate bowl.
6. Saute flour in a bowl without oil and dilute with sour cream. Place all ingredients in a bowl and add water.
