COOKING METHOD
1. Filling: finely chop the onion, dice the potatoes. Put potatoes in the multicooker bowl. Select the "LEFT / RIGHT" buttons the program "VEGETABLES" press the "START" button. Press the "START" button . After cooking, transfer and knead the finished potatoes.
2. Open the lid of the multicooker and turn the knob to the "CLOSED" position (fry with the lid open). Press the "LEFT / RIGHT" buttons to select the "DRY" program , time 5 minutes and temperature level 3. Press the "START" button . Pour oil into a bowl, fry the onion. At the end of the program, mix mashed potatoes with fried onions, add salt and pepper.
4. Dough: sift flour, collect in a hill, make a funnel in it and drive in 2 eggs. Then pour in water, add salt, knead a not very thick dough and let it "rest" for 30-40 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough as thin as possible, cut circles out of it. Put the filling in the center of each mug and close up. Pour water into a bowl, place a steam plate, put dumplings on it.
6. Close the lid of the multicooker. Press the "LEFT / RIGHT" buttons to select the STEAMER program, the time is 25 minutes and the 2nd temperature level. Press the "START" button . Recommendation: steam clean after cooking.
