  • Cod fillet - 300 gr
  • Lemon juice - 1 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Butter - 40 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 4 tbs
  • Dill - 1 tsp
  • Cardamom - 1 pinch
  • Salt
  • Pepper

COOKING METHOD
1. Wash the fish, dry it and pour over the juice of half a lemon.
2. Chop the garlic.
3. Pour oil into a bowl, put cod fillets.
4. Open the lid and turn the handle to the CLOSED position (fry with the lid open). Use the "RIGHT / LEFT" buttons to select the "FRY" program , set the time to 5 minutes and the 3rd temperature level. Press the "START" button .
5. Fry each side, add butter, salt, pepper, dill and cardamom.
6.Select the "RIGHT / LEFT" buttons the program "MULTI-COOK" , set the time to 30 minutes and the temperature to 100 degrees. Press the "START" button . Sprinkle the finished fish with lemon juice.
