  • Flour - 250 gr
  • Egg - 4 pcs
  • Sugar - 200 gr
  • Nutmeg - 3 gr
  • Butter - 200 gr
  • Cinnamon - 3 gr
  • Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp
  • Raisins - 0.5 beaker
  • Walnuts - 0.5 beaker
  • Hazelnut - 0.5 beaker
  • Almond - 0.5 beaker
  • Sherry - 50 ml
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp
  • Baking powder - 15 gr

COOKING METHOD
1. Beat sugar with softened butter.
2. Add 4 eggs one by one and beat well.
3. Pour in flour with baking powder and mix thoroughly with a mixer.
4. Add spices, salt and mix. Pour in the raisins first, and then the nuts.
5. Use the buttons "RIGHT" , "LEFT" the program "OVEN" to set the time 60 minutes, 1 temperature level. Press the "START" button .
Note: Cool the cupcake. The cupcake is good for lying down, we eat it in two weeks. It is so good that you can bake it in advance, and then give it for the holidays.
