  • Bacon - 70 gr
  • Cheese - 70 gr
  • Sweet pepper - 50 gr
  • Dill - 20 gr
  • Garlic (cloves) - 4 pcs
  • Cottage cheese - 100 gr
  • Butter - 1 tbs
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tbs
  • Condiments

COOKING METHOD: Cut the fillet in the middle, not completely. Beat off. Chop the bell pepper. Mix cottage cheese, garlic, dill, butter with a blender or fork. Put bacon, cheese, curd filling and a part of chopped pepper on the middle of the fillet. Roll the fillet into a roll, coat with mayonnaise. Put the remaining pepper in a bowl, put a roll on top. Press the buttons "MENU / SELECT" and "ENTER" , select the program "OVEN" , set the time 45 minutes and 1 temperature level. Press the "START" button .
