COOKING METHOD:
1. Cut the meat in portions.
2. Chop the onions and carrots into medium strips. Pour oil into a bowl, put onions and carrots. Press the buttons "MENU / SELECT" and "ENTER" , select the program "DRY" , set the time 10 minutes and the 3rd temperature level. Turn the knob to the "CLOSED" position (fry with the lid open). Press the "START" button . Fry carrots, onions, add tomato paste, salt and sugar.
3. After the end of frying, add the remaining ingredients and water to the bowl. Using the buttons, "MENU / SELECT" and "ENTER" , select the program "SOUP" , the expandable program "MEAT SOUP" . Press the "START" button .
Note: When preparing soup, it is not recommended to pour liquid above the upper mark indicated on the bowl.
