Preparation:
1. Roll out a sheet of puff pastry, anoint with mustard.
2. Cut the ham and cucumbers into cubes, grate the cheese.
3. Put all the ingredients evenly on the dough layer, roll up into a tube. Cut the resulting roll into 4 parts.
4. Brush with an egg and fry each roll in Bake for 15 minutes on each side.
