Ingredients

  • For the test:
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Olive oil - 1 tbs
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Wheat flour - 350 gr
  • Dry yeast) - 1.75 tsp
  • For filling:
  • Tomatoes - 200 gr
  • Olive oil - 2 tbs
  • Oregano tsp
  • Basil - 1 tbs
  • Garlic (cloves) - 0.5 pcs
  • Grated cheese - 100 gr
  • Salt

Preparation:
1. Put the dough ingredients in the bread pan in the order indicated in the recipe and start the Dough 1 program.
2. When the program is over, put the dough out of the bowl and divide into 2 equal portions. Cover one part with cling film.
3. Stretch the dough with your hands in a circle the size of the multicooker bowl. Put the dough into a bowl and shape the pizza by making the sides.
4. Put tomatoes peeled and cut into thin slices on top. Season with salt, sprinkle with chopped garlic, grated cheese, sprinkle with basil.
5. Drizzle with olive oil.
6. Run the Pizza program for 20 minutes. Serve immediately after baking.
Tip:
To prevent the pizza from pushing out the filling, make a small cut on the dough with a sharp knife.
