- Chicken liver - 300 gr
- Milk - 100 ml
- Onion - 0.5 pcs
- Carrot - 1 pcs
- Butter - 1 tbs
- Salt

Preparation:
1. Rinse the liver, remove the films, cut into small pieces, put in cold milk and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then drain the milk, rinse the liver, put in a bowl and add water.
2. Run the Baby Food program for 35 minutes.
3. When the water boils, skim off the foam and put the whole carrots and onion in the bowl.
4. When the program ends, remove the cooked liver and vegetables from the bowl, cool slightly and grind in a blender, add salt. Add butter and beat until fluffy.
Tip:
The pate can be used as a filling for sandwiches and croutons. You can put a slice of fresh cucumber on top of the sandwich.
