  • Flour - 200 gr
  • Sugar - 200 gr
  • Brown sugar - 2 tbs
  • Egg - 3 pcs
  • Apples - 3 pcs
  • Salt
  • Butter - 1 tsp

Preparation:
1. Peel and core the apples and cut into slices. Sprinkle the apples with sugar mixed with cinnamon.
2. Lubricate the bowl with oil.
3. Place apple slices on the bottom of the bowl.
4. Beat eggs with sugar and salt with a mixer until fluffy.
5. Gradually, gently mix the flour into the egg-sugar mass with a spatula, trying not to knead too much so that the mass does not settle.
6. Spread the dough evenly over the apples.
7. Close the lid and turn on Bake for 30 minutes.
8. At the end of the program, open the lid, let off steam, then close the lid and leave the cake in the bowl for 10 minutes.
Tip:
Serve warm with whipped cream.
