Preparation:
1. Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and wash. Set aside a third of the inflorescences. Place the remaining inflorescences in a steaming tray.
2. Pour 1 liter of water into the bowl, insert the tray, close the lid and run the Cooking / Vegetables program for 20 minutes.
3. Grind the cooked broccoli in a blender, adding cream.
4. Add flour, eggs, salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
5. Grease a bowl with oil, put on the bottom of the laid raw broccoli inflorescences. Pour the prepared mixture on top.
6. Switch on the program "Multi-cook" , set the temperature to 120 ° C for the mode "Convection" for 15 minutes.
7. Serve with sour cream. You can sprinkle with rye croutons fried with garlic.
Tip:
To preserve the bright color of broccoli, rinse it with cold water immediately after boiling.

Preparation:
1. Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and wash. Set aside a third of the inflorescences. Place the remaining inflorescences in a steaming tray.
2. Pour 1 liter of water into the bowl, insert the tray, close the lid and turn on the Vegetables / Steam setting for 15 minutes.
3. Grind the broccoli cooked until half cooked in a blender, adding cream and eggs.
4. Add flour, salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
5. Grease a bowl with oil, put on the bottom of the laid raw broccoli inflorescences. Pour the prepared mixture on top.
6. Close the lid and turn on Bake for 30 minutes.
7. Serve with sour cream.
Tip:
To preserve the bright color of broccoli, immediately after boiling it should be immersed in cold water for 1 minute.
