Spiced salmon - recipe

Ingredients
- Salmon (fillet) - 400 gr
- Olive oil - 2 tbs
- Sesame seeds - 4 tbs
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Thyme - 1 tsp
- Paprika (sweet) - 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbs
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation:
1. Wash the salmon fillet, cut into portions and dry with a paper towel.
2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, thyme and paprika. Grease the fish with this mixture and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and turn on the "Fish / Fry" mode for 25 minutes.
4. Breaded salmon chunks in sesame seed and place in well-heated oil. Close the lid and fry on both sides (turn once during cooking).
5. Serve with rice and vegetable salad.
Tip:
To make your dish look original, you can use different colors of sesame seeds.
