Bechamel - recipe
Ingredients
- Butter - 2 tbs
- Flour - 0.5 beaker
- Milk - 2 beaker
- Nutmeg (grated) tsp
- Salt

Preparation:
1. Grind the butter with flour. Place in a bowl and turn on the Sauce program for 10 minutes.
2. When the flour turns light yellow, pour in a thin stream of milk, stirring thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
3. Add salt and grated nutmeg.
4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the end of the program.
Note: This is a classic sauce for meat or fish, it is also used in lasagna.
