Veal stewed with carrots Directions

Multicooker firm: VITEK

VT-4208

Preparation:
1. Wash the meat, peel and cut into medium-sized cubes (about 30 g), sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for half an hour.
2. Peel the carrots and cut into 1 cm thick slices, cut the onion into half rings.
3. Put butter in a bowl and turn on the "Fry" program for 25 minutes. When the oil is well heated, roll the veal in flour and fry until browning, without closing the lid of the multicooker. Put the fried meat on a plate.
4. Fry the onions and carrots in the same oil. Then put the meat back into the bowl, add a glass of hot water, bay leaves, close the lid and turn on the Russian oven program for 30 minutes.
5. At the end of the program, add sour cream and green peas. Stir and leave covered for 15 minutes in Maintain temperature . Boiled potatoes can be served as a side dish.
Tip:
It is better to fry a large amount of meat in small portions one by one, so that the juice that stands out does not prevent the formation of a golden brown crust. To evenly roll the pieces of meat in flour, dry it with a paper towel, put it together with the flour in a plastic bag and shake it well - the meat will be covered with a thin layer of flour.
