Ingredients
- Rice (round grain) - 1 beaker
- Shrimp (peeled) - 150 gr
- Mussels - 150 gr
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs
- Bulgarian red pepper - 1 pcs
- Dry white wine - 250 ml
- Garlic (cloves) - 4 pcs
- Olive oil - 2 tbs
- Cream 33% - 150 ml
- Lemon zest - 0.5 tsp
- Salt

Risotto with seafood Directions

Preparation:
1. Rinse the rice in cold running water and discard in a colander for 1 hour.
2. Pour olive oil into a bowl and turn on the Browning program. When the oil is well heated, place the seafood in the bowl. Cook while stirring.
3. When the juice is released from the seafood, add finely chopped garlic and bell pepper, salt. Fry everything together until lightly browned.
4. Pour wine into a bowl, bring to a boil. Put rice in the boiled sauce, add some salt, close the lid and turn on the "Pilaf" program for 30 minutes.
5. Cook, stirring occasionally and adding a little water to maintain a creamy consistency.
6. After 15 minutes add the peeled and diced tomato, cream and lemon zest.
