Rinse the groats until clear water. Grease the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker with butter, put the buckwheat in it, add water, add salt and mix. Close the lid and steam release valve. Press the RICE / CROPS button. Use the Cooking time button to set the average value (12 minutes). Cook until the end of the mode, then open the valve and release the steam.
