Ingredients

  • Buckwheat groats (unground) - 260 gr
  • Butter - 20 gr
  • Water - 600 ml
  • Salt

Rinse the groats until clear water. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with butter, put the washed cereal in it, add water, add salt and mix. Close the lid. Set the GRANULE program, cooking time 25 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program.

RMC-P350

Rinse the groats until clear water. Grease the bowl of the multicooker and the cooker with butter, put the washed cereal in it, add water, add salt and mix. Close the cover and valve. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program, then open the valve and let off steam.
Tip:
you can add fried onions to buckwheat.
