Preparation:
1. Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences, wash and place in a steaming tray.
2. Pour 1 liter of water into the bowl, install the tray. Close the lid and turn on the Vegetables / Steam setting for 20 minutes.
3. Salt boiled hot broccoli to taste, pour over melted butter.
Hint:
Serve as a separate dish for the little ones or as a side dish to children's dishes of minced meat or poultry (see Recipe Steamed chicken meatballs).
