Lamb with mint sauce - recipe

Ingredients
- Lamb (on the bone) - 500 gr
- Fresh mint
- Garlic (cloves) - 3 pcs
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbs
- Lemon juice - 3 tbs
- Starch - 1 tbs
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation:
1. Wash the lamb and cut into portions (1 piece per portion), season with salt and pepper.
2. Finely chop the mint, crush the garlic. Mix garlic and mint with vegetable oil. Coat the meat with the mixture.
3. Place the meat in a bowl. Pour 1 multi-glass of water, close the lid and turn on Lamb / Simmer for 2 hours.
4. Simmer the meat until the end of the program. Place the cooked meat on a dish.
5. Mix the starch with lemon juice, pour into a bowl, mix thoroughly and turn on the "Sauce" mode for 5 minutes. Boil the sauce, stirring vigorously. Pour the sauce over the lamb.

Serve with rice or vegetable salad
