  • Beef (fillet) - 150 gr
  • Tomatoes - 60 gr
  • Garlic - 60 gr
  • Bulb onions - 50 gr
  • Salt
  • Spice

Cut the eggplants lengthwise and remove the seeds. Rinse the meat, pass through a meat grinder with onions, garlic and tomatoes, add salt, spices and mix. Stuff the eggplant with the mixture and wrap in foil. Put in the multicooker bowl, close the lid, use the Menu button to install the BAKERY program. By pressing the buttons "Hour" , "Min" set the cooking time to 45 minutes. Press and hold the "Start" button for a few seconds, cook until the end of the program.
Tip: Serve the eggplant with tkemali sauce.
