In a separate container, mix the flour mixture with yeast, stirring constantly, pour in water at room temperature in a thin stream. Knead the dough until it begins to lag behind the walls of the container. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with vegetable oil, put the dough in it, level it. Close the lid. Use the "Menu" button to install the BREAD program. Press the button "Timer / t ° C" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 3 hours. Press the button "Start / Auto-heating" . Turn the bread over 1 hour before the end of cooking, close the lid. Cook until the end of the program. Remove the finished bread from the bowl and let it cool for 30 minutes.
Tip: Serve with chicken liver pate.
