Ingredients

  • Cheddar cheese - 350 gr
  • Garlic - 10 gr
  • Starch - 10 gr
  • White wine - 150 ml
  • Cream 22% - 75 ml
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice
  • Sugar

Grate cheese and garlic on a fine grater. Mix cream, starch and sugar in a separate container until smooth. Pour wine into the multicooker bowl, close the lid. Use the "Program selection" button to set the DAIRY PORTRAIT / DESSERTS program. Use the Cooking time button to set 10 minutes. Press the Start button. Add the garlic and cheese 5 minutes before the end of cooking, stirring constantly to get a homogeneous mass. While stirring, add lemon juice, salt and spices. Add the cream and starch mixture with constant stirring 2 minutes before the end of cooking. Cook until the end of the program.
