Ingredients

  • Beef (fillet) - 200 gr
  • Mustard - 40 gr
  • Water - 1500 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the meat, cut into 2 cm thick steaks against the fibers. Grate with mustard, salt and spices. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Pour water into the multicooker bowl, place a container for steaming on top. Place the steaks in a container in one layer. Close the lid, use the "Menu" button to install the program "ON STEAM" . By pressing the buttons "Hour" , "Min" set the cooking time to 40 minutes. Press and hold the "Start" button for a few seconds, cook until the end of the program.
