Rinse the meat, cut into portions, rub with salt, spices and "Liquid smoke" . Wrap each piece in a sheet of foil. Put the meat in a multicooker bowl. Close the lid. Press the "Menu" button. By pressing the buttons "+" and "-" install the program "BAKING" . Press the "OK" button. Pressing the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 1 hour. Press and hold the "Start / Auto-heating" button for a few seconds. Cook until the end of the program.

Rinse the meat, cut into portions, rub with salt, spices and liquid smoke. Wrap each piece in a sheet of foil. Put the meat in a multicooker bowl. Close the lid. Press the Menu button to install the BAKERY program. Press the button "Timer / t ° C" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 40 minutes. Press the button "Start / Auto-heating" . Cook until the end of the program.

Set the program BAKING , cooking time 1 hour 15 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program.
