  • Tilapia (fillet) - 230 gr
  • Salmon (fillet) - 200 gr
  • Champignons (fresh) - 100 gr
  • Hard cheese - 100 gr
  • Leek - 80 gr
  • Cream 10% - 100 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 15 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the fish (without skin and bones) and cut into cubes of 1.5-2 cm, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the mushrooms into slices, cut the leek into thin rings. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Set the ROYING program, cooking time 10 minutes. Press the Start button. After the sound signal, put the mushrooms and onions into the bowl. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the end of the program. Then click Cancel . Add fish, cream, salt, spices to the fried vegetables and stir. Close the lid. Set the STEWING program, cooking time 20 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program. Then open the lid and sprinkle the grated cheese on the dish. Close the lid and leave on Warm Up for 5 minutes.
Tip: the ready-made assortment can be served with steamed asparagus and capers.

RMC-P350

Rinse the fish and cut into cubes of 1.5-2 cm, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the mushrooms into slices, cut the leek into rings 0.2-0.3 cm thick. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker, do not close the lid ... Set the program FRYING / FRYING , cooking time 5 minutes. Press the Start button. After the countdown begins, add the mushrooms and onions. Cook with the lid open, stirring occasionally, until the end of the program. Click the Cancel button. Add fish, cream, salt and spices to the fried vegetables and mix gently. Close the cover and valve. Set the program EXTINGUISH / COLD , cooking time 5 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program, then open the valve and let off steam. Then open the lid and sprinkle the grated cheese on the dish. Close the lid and leave on Warm Up for 5 minutes.
Tip:
the ready-made assortment can be served with steamed asparagus stalks and capers.
