  • Salmon (fillet) - 200 gr
  • Cream 22% - 100 ml
  • Hard cheese - 100 gr
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the fish, cut into 1.5 cm cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Put the fish in a multicooker bowl, pour cream, add salt, spices and mix, sprinkle with cheese on top. Close the lid. Set the EXTINGUISHING / COOLING program by pressing the Program selection button. Press the Cooking time button to set 20 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program.
