Press the button "Menu" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" install the program "MULTIPOVAR" . Press the button "OK" twice, press the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 25 minutes. Press the button "t ° C" , press the buttons "+" and "-" set the temperature to 100 ° C. Press and hold the "Start / Auto-heating" button for a few seconds. Cook until the end of the program.

Close the lid, set the valve to the Closed position. Set the timer for 18 minutes, cook until the end of the cooking time. Then set the valve to the Open position and release the steam.
