  • Liquid smoke - 14 ml
  • Salt

Rinse the meat, cut into portions 2–2.5 cm thick, rub with salt, spices and liquid smoke. Wrap each piece in a sheet of foil in 2-3 layers and put in a multicooker bowl. Close the lid. Set the BAKING program, cooking time 1 hour 10 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program.
