Salad "Delicate" - recipe

Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 100 gr
- Cucumbers - 100 gr
- Lettuce leaves - 70 gr
- Shrimp (tiger) - 60 gr
- Hard cheese - 200 gr
- Garlic - 5 gr
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Soy sauce - 10 ml
- Salt
- Spice

Salad "Delicate" Directions

Cut vegetables and cheese into 1 cm cubes, pick lettuce leaves by hand. Rinse the shrimp, peel the shell, leaving the tail, chop the garlic with a knife. Pour oil (20 ml) into the multicooker bowl, add shrimp and garlic. Press the "Program selection" button to install the FRYING program. Use the Cooking time button to set 5 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook with the lid open until the end of the program, stirring occasionally. Add the soy sauce and garlic 1 minute before cooking. Cool ready-made shrimps, mix with vegetables, cheese and lettuce, sprinkle with salt and spices, season with olive oil (10 ml).
