Ingredients

  • Fish fillet - 400 gr
  • Bulb onions - 300 gr
  • Egg - 150 gr
  • Milk - 200 ml
  • White bread - 80 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml
  • Wheat flour - 20 gr
  • Water - 150 ml
  • Black pepper (ground)
  • Salt

Start the program "Fry" . pour 2/3 vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and heat it up for 5-7 minutes, with the lid closed. Add the finely chopped onion and fry, stirring occasionally, until tender or the end of the program. Add 2 boiled eggs, grated. Bring the minced onion to taste with salt and pepper. Disable the multicooker. Pass the fish fillet without skin through a meat grinder, combine with soaked in milk, and then with squeezed white bread. Once again skip through a meat grinder, add the remaining egg, season with salt and pepper, mix well. Put the minced meat cakes of the required size on a board moistened with water. Put some minced eggs and onions in the middle of each tortilla. Top with another flatbread and pinch the edges. Roll in flour. Start the program "Fry" . pour the remaining vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and heat it up for 5-7 minutes. Fry the zrazy on both sides on the "Fry" mode for about 15-20 minutes. Pour water into the multicooker bowl and close the lid, wait until the end of the program.
