Ingredients

  • Rice (polished) - 200 gr
  • Carrot - 130 gr
  • Bulb onions - 50 gr
  • Olives - 50 gr
  • Garlic - 4 gr
  • Olive oil - 40 ml
  • Water - 270 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the rice until clear water. Grate the carrots and garlic on a coarse grater, cut the onion into 0.5 cm cubes, cut the olives in half. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, add water, add salt, spices, mix and smooth with a spatula. Close the lid and steam release valve. Set the mode RICE / CEREALS, cooking time "Low" (8 minutes). Cook until the end of the mode. Open the valve and let off steam.
Tip: The rice will turn out to be more golden if you add turmeric to it.

Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add water, salt, spices, mix and smooth with a spatula. Close the lid. Set the EXPRESS COOK program, cooking time 25 minutes. Press the "Start" button , cook until the end of the program.

Press the Start button, cook until the end of the program.
