Press the Set / Timer button, then press the Hour and Min buttons to set 1 hour. Press the Start / Heat button. Cook until the end of the program. After cooking, strain the broth.

Rinse the meat, cut into 1 cm cubes. Rinse the vegetables, soak in water for 1 hour. Then grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion with a knife, coarsely chop the parsley with a knife. Put the meat, vegetables and herbs in a multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, add water, add a saline solution and mix. Close the lid, set the valve to the Closed position. Set the timer for 30 minutes, cook until the end of the cooking time. Then set the valve to the Open position and release the steam. Strain the finished broth.
