Lamb stew - recipe

- Lamb (fillet) - 400 gr
- Eggplant - 100 gr
- Zucchini - 100 gr
- Tomatoes - 100 gr
- Bulb onions - 100 gr
- Carrot - 100 gr
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Garlic - 50 gr
- Salt

Rinse the lamb. Cut the meat and vegetables into 1.5-2 cm cubes, chop the garlic with a knife. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add vegetable oil, salt, spices and mix. Close the lid. Press the button "Menu" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" install the program "EXTINGUISHING" . Press the button "OK" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 1 hour. Press and hold the "Start / Auto-heating" button for a few seconds. Cook until the end of the program.

Rinse the meat and, together with the vegetables, cut into 1.5-2 cm cubes, chop the garlic with a knife. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add vegetable oil, salt, spices and mix. Close the lid. Using the button "Menu" install the program "EXTINGUISHING" . Press the button "Timer / t ° C" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes. Press the button "Start / Auto-heating" . Cook until the end of the program.

Rinse the meat and, together with the vegetables, cut into 1.5-2 cm cubes, chop the garlic with a knife. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add vegetable oil, salt, spices and mix. Close the lid, use the Menu button to set the STEERING program, select Meat with the Product type button. Press the Time setting button, then by pressing the Cooking time button set the blinking indicator to 2 hours. Press the Start button, cook until the end of the program.

Rinse the meat. Cut lamb and vegetables into 1.5–2 cm cubes, chop the garlic with a knife. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, add vegetable oil, salt, spices and mix. Close the cover and valve. Set the program EXTINGUISH / COLD , cooking time 15 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program, then open the valve and let off steam.
