1. Place the sunflower oil, finely chopped onion and pieces of beef in a multicooker saucepan. Select the Beef / Lamb function , the cooking time is 30 minutes.
2. Add chopped cabbage, coarse grated carrots, diced tomatoes, potatoes, bell peppers, chopped herbs, garlic, bay leaves, salt and spices.
3. Add water, filling the pot up to the maximum level. Stir the contents of the multicooker. Select Soup mode, cooking time 10 minutes.
4. Pour the cabbage soup into deep bowls, sprinkle with finely chopped fresh herbs and serve with sour cream.
