  • Sugar - 400 gr
  • Lemon juice - 50 ml

Wash apricots, dry and remove seeds. Then chop and grind with a blender until smooth, add lemon juice, sugar and mix. Pour the resulting mass into the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker. Close the lid, do not close the valve, set the program "Jam / Jam" for 1 hour, press the START button. Cook until the end of the program, stirring occasionally. Put the finished jam in sterilized jars and roll up.
