Pear compote - recipe

Ingredients

  • Pears - 1 kg
  • Water - 2000 ml
  • Sugar - 150 gr
  • Lemon acid - 5 gr
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp

1. From pears, remove the stalks and core, cut into large slices without peeling.
2. Pour water into a bowl, put pears, add citric acid, sugar and vanilla sugar.
3. Close the lid and turn on the Cooking / Vegetables setting for 25 minutes.
ON A NOTE:
This compote can be prepared for the winter. To do this, the finished compote must be poured into clean jars and sterilized.
