  • Water - 2 l
  • Vinegar 9% - 200 ml
  • Salt - 160 gr
  • Sugar - 130 gr
  • Pepper (peas) - 0.5 gr
  • Bay leaf - 0.5 gr

Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add water and mix thoroughly. Close the lid, use the "Menu" button to install the "SPC" program . By pressing the buttons "Hour" , "Min" set the cooking time to 30 minutes. Press and hold the "Start" button for a few seconds, cook until the end of the program. The marinade is ready for conservation.
Advice: dissolve 30 g of salt in one liter of water and soak cucumbers in this solution for 30 minutes so that they do not lose their elasticity after conservation.
