Mix cottage cheese with yolks, sour cream and starch until smooth. Beat the whites into a thick foam and, continuing to beat, add sugar. Then very carefully mix the proteins into the curd. To prepare the egg base, beat with sugar. Add flour, salt, baking soda and stir. Put the dough in an even layer in a greased multicooker bowl. Place the curd mass in small portions on top. Cook on BAKING mode for 1 hour 20 minutes. After the signal, turn off "HEATING" and leave the cheesecake to cool without opening the multicooker.
