Preparation:
1. Peel the vegetables, remove the skin from the tomatoes. Finely chop all vegetables or mince them.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, add vegetables, add salt and sugar and turn on the Canning program for 1 hour 30 minutes. Cook while stirring.
3. Add red ground pepper 10 minutes before the end of the program.
4. Transfer the finished adjika to clean jars, sterilize and roll up. Store in a cool, dark place.
