Preparation:
1. Cut the bacon into cubes. Coarsely chop the cabbage. Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Core the apple and cut into slices.
2. Put bacon and onion into a bowl and turn on the "Fry" program for 10 minutes.
3. Fry bacon with onion until golden brown.
4. Add cabbage, apples and tomatoes, stir. Close the lid and turn on the Extinguishing program for 1 hour.
5. Simmer, stirring occasionally.
6. Add bay leaves, salt and pepper 15 minutes before the end of the program.
Tip:
Solyanka, if desired, can be prepared from sauerkraut or combine sauerkraut and fresh cabbage.
